First, I acknowledge that is a HUGE photo of me. I've decided to be alright with it. 

Second,  you should know that as a Therapist in Hawaii, I proudly work with humans on creating the personal relationships they want and deserve AND my office (although virtual) is LGBTQIA+ BIPOC Safe and Kink / Poly affirming.  

I am an AASECT certified Sex Therapist, so I am ready for challenges of intimacy and sex health like:

 Sexual desire (too much / too little)

Shame around sexual feelings, actions, or preferences

Out of Control Sexual Behaviors (like watching porn or masturbating more than you want to)

Recovering from sexual betrayal 

Anxiety of Depression impacting your sexual wellness 

It is my honor to listen fully, to challenge you with questions that nobody else will ask, 

and give you a place to share the stories that you can't tell anywhere else. 

I specialize in working with military, and first responders, professional athletes, actors, and artists. I hold undergraduate degrees in both Business and Counseling, a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Sexology.  I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and the American Association of Sexuality, Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and I subscribe to their ethical standards. 

I care about my Hawaii community and about making room for difficult stuff. Which is why (in 2022) I co-founded Holding Space Hawaii, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to creating opportunities to explore taboo topics such as sex and death. We hold community events and education opportunities throughout the year.   

Ooh! I'm also a Sommelier and a wine educator. In my free time, I teach workshops on mindful wine tasting and seminars on the inter-sectionality between wine and intimacy. 

It is possible to heal your hurts from yesterday, identify and communicate your needs of today, and reach your goals for tomorrow.
