Coaching is NOT therapy.
In coaching there is no diagnosis and we are not "treating" anything.
In the coaching relationship, you set goals for yourself and your life, and we work together to meet them. Then we celebrate your awesomeness and bask in the glory that is you!
Coaching can look like:

- Navigating a new type of relationship.
- Navigating multiple partnered relationships.
- Reaching specific professional goals.
- Learning to make goals for yourself and following the steps to reach them.
